Sport newspaper reported that the club doesn't know when the Barca captain will be able to return, and they have told him to take his time, prioritizing his psychological recovery, and to first regain his mental state.
It continued: "Blaugrana does not rule out signing a defender on loan in January due to many uncertainties about what may happen with Araujo".
It added that after Araujo was sent off against Chelsea, it was said to be his third grievous error in the Champions League (against Paris, Inter, Chelsea), and that he is unreliable in high-stakes matches, and does not understand the basics of being a central defender, that he possesses a great physical structure and little brain, and that it is unacceptable for him to wear the Barcelona shirt even once more, and that he is unworthy of wearing the captain's armband, leading to a long series of pure sporting analyses mixed with professional and personal insults, and direct abuses.
