Khaberni - Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Sami Samirat, said that the selection of 6,000 individuals born in 2007 for military service was done through an accurate and secure electronic lottery, in the presence of a specialized technical committee to ensure transparency, fairness, and data protection.
Samirat explained during a joint press conference for selecting the first batch of military service conscripts, on Monday that the draw and the selection of the 6,000 conscripts will take place over three batches, implemented throughout 2026, with 2,000 conscripts in each batch.
3 Ways to Find Out the Names of the Conscripts
Samirat mentioned that an electronic platform khidmetalam.gov.jo has been launched for inquiring about military service, appointment schedules, and recruitment procedures.
Samirat outlined that there are three ways to notify the conscripts, the first through the military service platform khidmetalam.gov.jo, the second via the Sand app, and the third through SMS messages.
Samirat invites individuals born in 2007 and their families to check the military service platform khidmetalam.gov.jo to see if they have been selected or not.
