Amman Arab University participates in the 15th International Conference of the Arab Organization for Research and Education Netw

Khaberni - Amman Arab University participated in the 15th International Conference of the Arab Organization for Research and Education Networks (e-AGE25), which was inaugurated by Dr. Alaaddin Al-Halhouli, President of the German Jordanian University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Universities Network, on behalf of Dr. Azmi Mahafzah, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the presence of a number of experts, academics, and representatives of research and education networks from various countries around the region and the world, organized by the Arab Organization for Research and Education Networks (ASREN), hosted by the Jordanian Universities Network (JUNet), and supported by the European Union, within the framework of efforts aimed at developing research infrastructure and enhancing academic cooperation at both regional and international levels, and establishing Jordan as a pivotal center for scientific dialogue and innovation in the region.

Representing Amman Arab University at the conference were Dr. Mohammad Shehab, Assistant Dean for Scientific Research, and Dr. Kamal Alian, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology. Dr. Al-Halhouli highlighted the importance of this conference and its role in supporting the scientific research system and enhancing academic cooperation at both regional and international levels, noting that this year's conference theme "Uniting Minds – Uniting Minds" reflects the importance of unifying efforts and integrating them in employing modern technologies for the service of education and scientific research.

In this regard, Dr. Shehab stated that the conference provided an important opportunity for international research networking and the exchange of expertise with a group of researchers and experts from various countries of the world. Dr. Alian mentioned that Amman Arab University's attendance at these conferences contributes to opening wide avenues for joint research cooperation and enhancing the university's presence in specialized scientific forums. The conference included specialized scientific sessions that addressed the latest global trends in innovation, scientific research, and digital transformation, in addition to tracks that focused on empowering women in STEM fields and the "Next Generation of Innovators" platform.

The participation of Amman Arab University in this conference reaffirms its commitment to supporting international scientific conferences and its continuous effort to enhance its academic and research presence in global forums, and to expand the areas of research cooperation and networking with universities and research institutions at both regional and international levels.
