Khaberni - Dr. Bahaa Al-Radawneh, a consultant in kidney, urological, reproductive, sexual weakness, and masculinity surgery, explained that he was fined for a traffic violation worth 25 dinars while he was issuing a check for 8 dinars from an insurance company in lieu of treating a patient.
Al-Radawneh explained that during a temporary stop in the Jabal Al Hussein area near a bank, he was captivated by the sight of autumn leaves and the scent of winter, before he entered the bank to complete the transaction, only to come out and find himself having received a "incorrect parking" ticket.
Al-Radawneh considered the situation to be a striking paradox, highlighting the importance of balancing adherence to laws and flexibility in their application, especially in daily humanitarian and professional cases.
