Khaberni - Artist Busi revealed the end of her ten-year ordeal with the bad check case, where she posted on the stories feature of her Instagram account, expressing her sincere appreciation and gratitude toward the Supreme Court lawyer Ashraf Abdel Aziz, after a court ruling sentenced the defendants to three years in prison for exploiting undue checks.
Busi explained in her post that she suffered long due to this case, and during that period had to pay amounts not due in the form of exploited checks without rightful cause.
Busi confirmed that the intervention of Professor Ashraf Abdel Aziz and his continuous support played the biggest role in revealing the truth and restoring matters to their legal course, expressing her gratitude for his significant efforts throughout the years of litigation.
Busi concluded her message by affirming that the judgement was fair to her after ten years of suffering, extending her thanks to everyone who supported her and stood by her side until justice was achieved.

The New Cairo Misdemeanor Court sentenced the defendants involved in exploiting singer Busi's checks to 3 years in prison, following the submission of a complaint by Ashraf Abdel Aziz, the Supreme Court lawyer for artist Busi, to the investigative authorities due to her suffering from the aforementioned M. M. H., who had filed a report against her claiming that she issued to him check no. 101571889 due on 1/12/2024 for an amount of six million Egyptian pounds, which was not backed by existing and withdrawable funds.
Busi was surprised by a sentence issued in case no. 13648 for the year 2024, Misdemeanors of the Fifth Settlement, which prevented her from traveling and upon inquiry about this misdemeanor, it was discovered to be a case of issuing a check without due funds, and a verdict was issued against her on 9/4/2025, where the complainant was called (M. M. H.), among others, whom she did not know at all and had no financial dealings or transactions with.
