The maximum and minimum temperatures in East Amman will range between 15 - 8 degrees Celsius, in West Amman 13 - 6, in the northern highlands 11 - 4, in the Shara highlands 12 - 5, in the desert areas 17 - 8, in the plains 16 - 7, in the northern Jordan Valley 22 - 13, in the southern Jordan Valley 24 - 14, at the Dead Sea 23 - 14, and at the Gulf of Aqaba 23 - 13 degrees Celsius.
According to the Meteorological Department report, the weather on Tuesday will remain relatively cold in most regions, pleasant in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds appearing at various elevations, and light, scattered rain showers are expected in limited parts of the northern and central regions of the kingdom, with moderate-speed southwest winds that sometimes intensify.
Gradually, on Wednesday, the kingdom will be affected by the extension of an air depression, with generally cold weather prevailing, partly cloudy to cloudy at times, and, God willing, rain showers are expected from time to time in the north and central kingdom and parts of the southwestern regions, gradually extending to include most regions.
Rainfall might be heavy at times during the evening and night, accompanied by thunder and occasionally hail, which could lead to flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas including the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Winds will be moderate-speed southwest, occasionally intensifying.
On Thursday, temperatures will slightly decrease, and the weather will be cold, cloudy, and rainy from time to time in the north and central parts of the kingdom. The rainfall is expected to be heavy at times, accompanied by thunder and hail, leading to flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas including the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Rain will extend during the night to include limited parts of the eastern and southwestern regions, with moderate-speed southwest winds that sometimes intensify.
