Khaberni - The two Jordanian mobile bakeries in the Gaza Strip have started producing 140,000 loaves of bread daily, with each bakery producing 70,000 loaves, as part of the ongoing Jordanian efforts to support the residents in the sector.
The Global Central Kitchen organization in Gaza received the two new mobile bakeries last Tuesday, bringing the number of Jordanian mobile bakeries in Gaza to three, in implementation of the royal directives.
This initiative comes in the context of providing humanitarian and relief aid to the citizens in Gaza, aiming to enhance food supplies and provide bread under the difficult humanitarian conditions.
The first Jordanian mobile bakery began its operation at the beginning of this year and has managed to produce more than 11 million loaves of bread since its launch, according to the Global Central Kitchen organization which oversees the operations in Gaza.
The Global Central Kitchen is an international non-governmental organization concerned with providing meals and food aid to those affected by conflicts and disasters around the world.
