Khaberni - The Cabinet decided to appoint Dr. Riyadh Mohammad Al-Shayyab as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Health for Primary Health Care and Epidemics, following his attainment of the highest marks in the competition conducted in accordance with the governmental leadership system.
