Khaberni - The Media Authority, today Sunday, addressed electronic and print publications and satellite and radio broadcasting stations, emphasizing the necessity to verify the legality and licensing of maid recruitment offices before publishing any advertisement and to not publish any advertisement promoting daily home maids without referring back to the Ministry of Labor.
It highlighted the need to address the phenomenon of illegal domestic labor and to adhere to the correct legislative rules for advertising and promotion, hoping for these institutions to contribute to raising the level of media awareness among citizens, through journalistic and media materials, about the dangers of employing non-compliant domestic workers, including legal and health risks.
