Khaberni - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation - Jordan Valley Authority stated that the total inflow into the dams during the instability that affected the Kingdom last night and until this morning, Sunday 7/12/2024, reached 3.6 million m3, raising the total storage in the dams to 49.5 million cubic meters, representing a total storage capacity of 17.2% out of the total storage capacity of 288,128 million m3. The average seasonal rainfall rate increased to 12.5%, of the long-term annual average, which is about 8.1 billion cubic meters annually. The highest rainfall was recorded in the city of Aqaba, amounting to 36.9 mm.
