Khaberni - A delegation from Amman Arab University visited the headquarters of the National Company for Employment and Training to discuss and enhance the prospects of mutual cooperation between the university and the company in the fields of vocational and technical training, developing specialized programs, and building strategic partnerships to benefit students and trainees and meet the needs of the Jordanian labor market. The delegation was received by the company's General Director, Brigadier Ashraf Alimat in his office, led by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Widian, President of Amman Arab University, with the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohannad Abu Maghli, the university's legal advisor, Ms. Mai Jaradat, director of the Consulting and Training Center at the university, and from the National Company: Ms. Esraa Khalil, director of the International Projects and Cooperation Unit, Engineer Mohammad Al-Kharsheh, director of the Employment and Training Department, Engineer Noor Mubaideen, director of the Aqaba National Vocational Training Complex, Engineer Moaz Al-Majali, head of the International Programs Division, and Mr. Alaa Abu Romman, director of the General Manager’s office.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Widian praised the developmental role played by the National Company for Employment and Training, affirming that Amman Arab University is keen to enhance cooperation with leading national institutions, which contributes to raising the level of training and vocational education, and opens new prospects for students and graduates.

For his part, Brigadier Alimat provided an overview of the National Company’s role in implementing vocational and technical training programs, and the initiatives aimed at empowering youth and enhancing their professional readiness. The possibility of implementing joint training programs, holding workshops, exchanging experiences, and developing advanced training curricula in partnership between both parties was also discussed.

At the conclusion of the visit, both parties agreed to form a joint work team to follow up on the meeting outcomes, and to devise an execution plan for cooperation, confirming ongoing coordinated efforts in the upcoming period to ensure the achievement of desired goals and expansion of future partnership prospects.
