Khaberni - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview aired Tuesday that "some progress" had been made in the talks with Russia to end the war with Ukraine.
Rubio told Fox News, "What we've tried to do, and I think we've made some progress on, is figuring out what Ukrainians can coexist with, which gives them security guarantees for the future," adding that the United States hopes the settlement will allow them "not just to rebuild their economy, but also to thrive as a nation."
