Khaberni - In harmony with the vision of Amman Arab University to enhance academic excellence and research leadership, the university achieved a prominent academic achievement in the Times Ranking of Arab Universities for 2025, which is considered one of the most prominent global rankings accredited in evaluating the academic and research performance of universities. The university achieved rank (66) across all Arab public and private universities, and rank eight among Jordanian universities, maintaining its position as one of the foremost private universities in the kingdom within the top (100) Arab universities according to this prestigious ranking.
In this regard, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Widian, president of Amman Arab University, indicated that the university’s entry, for the second consecutive year, into the top Arab universities in the Times Ranking of Arab Universities represents the fruit of extensive efforts made by the university to develop the educational and scientific research system, and reflects its steadfast commitment to elevating academic performance according to the highest international standards.
Dr. Al-Widian confirmed that this progress results from investment in academic talents, expansion in qualitative programs, development of infrastructure, in addition to enhancing international cooperation and research partnerships with prestigious educational institutions around the world, all of which clearly impacted on qualifying the university students and providing them with the specific skills needed in the job market, affirming the university's ongoing commitment to elevating the academic performance according to the highest international standards. He added that this progress reflects the efforts of all university employees and their commitment to strategic plans built on scientific bases, and the distinction of faculty members in research areas.
The Times Ranking of Arab Universities is one of the most prominent global rankings, measuring the performance of universities on standards that include the quality of education, scientific research, cooperation with industry, and international prospects, and Amman Arab University has proven its excellence in these standards, which enhances its regional and international status.
