Capital Bank organizes a special event to empower and enhance the financial wellbeing of women

Khaberni - In collaboration with the "Kun" platform, Capital Bank organized a special event aimed at supporting women and empowering them by providing them with practical tools and essential knowledge for financial planning and managing their retirement futures consciously and confidently.

The program is one of the qualitative initiatives that fall under the umbrella of "Deir Malik" within the bank's strategy aimed at enhancing financial inclusion and supporting the economic independence of women, aligning with its pillars of social responsibility, especially the empowerment of women and financial education.

The program, launched at the Ritz Carlton Hotel on November 26th, gathered a group of women in an interactive session that provided a safe space for discussion and exchange of experiences about financial health and personal well-being.

The program adopted an innovative interactive model known as "Kun Financial Circles," where participants moved between five stations led by specialized experts from the Kun platform, covering various aspects of well-being directly linked to financial stability, including physical, emotional, social, professional, and psychological well-being. This diversity contributed to linking the professional and personal lives of women to a deeper meaning, enabling them to make wise financial decisions and pursue a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

In her comments on the event, the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Capital Bank, Tuline Bararto, said: "The event reflects Capital Bank's firm commitment to supporting women and providing them with the knowledge and tools to build a clearer and more stable financial future. Through this initiative, we aim to achieve a long-lasting impact that raises participants' awareness and boosts their self-confidence, making them more capable of supporting their families and communities."

Bararto added that the implementation of the program is part of the bank's strategy to expand the scope of initiatives concerned with comprehensive well-being and women's empowerment, emphasizing that enhancing financial literacy is one of the most important pillars that the bank seeks to strengthen, in order to build a community more capable of planning for a secure and sustainable future. She also noted that Capital Bank will continue to develop this type of interactive programs that combine financial knowledge and human well-being, and form community support networks that contribute to empowering women and inspiring them to succeed on both professional and personal levels.

This event is part of the umbrella initiative "Deir Malik," which includes pioneering programs such as "Money Matters" and "Deir Malik Schools," where this integrated system aims to empower all community members with the necessary tools to make sound financial decisions, reflecting the bank's firm commitment to investing in financial awareness as a fundamental pillar for growth and prosperity.
