Khaberni - Egyptian actress Mai Ezz Eldeen revealed the details of her new diet she is following after her marriage to nutritionist Ahmed Taimour, who personally supervises her adherence to it.
Mai Ezz Eldeen shared with her audience through the Stories feature on her Instagram account, a photo of a meal consisting of grilled vegetables, a small amount of rice, and a piece of boiled chicken.
Mai joked about the strictness of the program her husband had set for her, commenting: "This is your food when you are married to a nutritionist who has set your diet.. meaning even if you steal food from the fridge, he will know," in reference to the humor and difficulty of sticking to the diet.
The post garnered significant interaction, but notably, it sparked a large discussion among the audience. Many noted that Mai's behavior on social media has changed drastically since her marriage, having been one of the least present celebrities on social media for years, and repeatedly stated in media interviews that she was not interested in electronic platforms and inclined to share details of her life.
Followers noted the increase in her posts after the marriage and her talking for the first time about daily details of her private life, meals, and humorous comments about her husband, which some saw as an unusual shift in her personality.
The comments varied between those welcoming this openness, considering it a new, more positive phase in the actress's life, and those who speculated that this change might be directly influenced by her husband, while a third group suggested his potential involvement in managing her accounts, citing a difference in her comment style and content from before.
