Khaberni - State Minister for Economic Affairs Mohannad Shehadeh said on Tuesday that the government will treat any Jordanian diagnosed with cancer, whether at public hospitals, the King Hussein Cancer Center, or hospitals affiliated with the Jordanian Armed Forces, emphasizing that Jordanians are insured against cancer.
Shehadeh added that the service provided by government insurance cards for treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center through the "Khaberni" app aims to facilitate the process for citizens.
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the King Hussein Cancer Foundation launched on Tuesday the government insurance card service for treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center through the "Khaberni" app, where insured citizens will be able to get the cards starting today, in preparation for activating the insurance starting from January 1, 2026.
Shehadeh affirmed that the Jordanian citizen has moved from the journey of looking for a connection for insurance to going to the "Khaberni" app to get the insurance card.
