Khaberni - Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, inaugurated on Monday a business incubator affiliated with the Advanced Vocational Training College in Irbid / Female Branch, a space dedicated to supporting emerging entrepreneurial projects.

 

He listened to an explanation of the services provided by the incubator to develop the beneficiaries' projects within an environment that meets market needs and supports innovation. It offers qualified projects intensive practical training in business development, marketing, and financial management, as well as legal and technical consulting.

 

Several participants in the first batch showcased their projects, which received technical and knowledge-based support from the incubator in various fields.

 

The Crown Prince visited the branch of the Advanced Vocational Training College in Hakama and learned about its technical and vocational training programs, which employ the latest devices and equipment to simulate the work environment and qualify trainees.

 

During the visit, he listened to an explanation provided by the Executive President of the Advanced Vocational Training College, Engineer Ammar Ghraibeh, who stated that the College's seven branches, including the business incubator at the Irbid Female Branch, are supported by the German government through the German Development Bank, in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and the Crown Prince Foundation.

 

The college's branch in Hakama currently has 433 trainees in 33 specialties as part of the technical and vocational diploma programs.

 

His Highness toured the college's facilities and examined several training workshops and exchanged conversations with the students about their experiences at the college.

 

Accompanying His Highness the Crown Prince during the visit were the Minister of Labor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vocational Training Corporation, Dr. Khaled Al-Bakkar, the German Ambassador to Jordan, Dr. Bertram von Moltke, the Director of the Crown Prince's Office Dr. Zaid Al-Baqa'in, and the Director of the German Development Bank in Jordan, Dr. Matthias Schmidt-Rosen.
