Khaberni - Jenin Governorate (north of the occupied West Bank) witnessed a series of raids conducted by Israeli occupation forces, interspersed with demolition and raid operations in a number of towns, which were followed by clashes with Palestinian youths.

Palestinian sources reported that violent confrontations erupted in Al-Silah Al-Harithiya (west of Jenin) following a raid by the occupation forces into the town, during which tear gas and sound bombs were launched at the youth.

The occupation forces also raided homes in the village of Bier al-Basha (south of Jenin) while military vehicles patrolled the streets of several towns to the south and west of the governorate.

Raids in several areas of the West Bank
In this context, several cities and towns - on Sunday evening and Monday dawn - in the occupied West Bank experienced raids and incursions by the Israeli occupation army.

In Tubas (north of the occupied West Bank), the Israeli occupation forces, on Sunday evening, stormed the town of Aqaba (north of the city) with several military vehicles, where they carried out operations of raiding and searching a number of houses, according to local sources.

Medical sources reported 3 injuries among Palestinian youths who were beaten during their passage through the Tayasir checkpoint (east of Tubas).

The occupation forces also raided the house of a prisoner in the town of Aqaba, coinciding with the continued military presence around the town.

In Salfit (northwest of the West Bank), the occupation forces carried out several raiding campaigns, where they stormed the village of Marda (north of the governorate) and searched several homes without recording arrests, according to the Palestinian news agency.

This village has been subjected to repeated assaults including the closure of main and secondary entrances and house searches during continuous raids.

In a related context, the occupation forces expanded their military measures in towns west of Salfit, and closed secondary roads connecting the towns of Zawiya and Biddya.

In Ramallah, local sources reported that groups of settlers stormed the outskirts of the village of Mughayir (east of the city).

Injury of Palestinians by gunfire
In occupied Jerusalem, two Palestinians were shot by the Israeli military on Sunday evening, near the separation barrier in the town of Al-Ram (north of the city).

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that one of the injured was shot live in the face and transferred to a medical center in Kafr Aqab area, and the other was injured in the knee and fell at the separation barrier before being transported to the hospital.

The injuries coincided with the raid by the occupation forces on the town of Al-Ram, amidst intense Israeli military presence in the area.

Nearly daily, Palestinians are injured near the separation barrier while trying to cross it in search of work inside Israel, which has been preventing Palestinians from returning to work places since the start of the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.

According to the General Union of Palestinian Workers, 44 workers have been killed by Israeli gunfire, and more than 32,000 have been arrested during their attempts to work or cross the barrier since the start of the war until October 28, 2023.
