Khaberni - The cabinet, in its session held on Sunday and chaired by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, approved the administrative organization system of the Constitutional Court for the year 2025.
The system aims to enable the Constitutional Court to perform the tasks assigned to it and the duties imposed upon it by the legislations related to its work, and to establish an organizational structure that regulates the tasks of the court, specifies the links between its organizational units, and the methods of communication and coordination among them, thus positively reflecting on task performance efficiency.
