Khaberni - The Hebrew newspaper "Haaretz" reported on Sunday that Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir visited the headquarters of the battalion that killed two young Palestinians in Jenin the day before yesterday and issued a decision to promote its commander.
The Channel 13 reported that soldiers accused of killing Palestinians in Jenin were released after the conclusion of the investigations.
The Israeli army executed two Palestinian youths in the city of Jenin, despite their surrendering to the army forces and raising their hands, as seen in a video clip.
Scenes documenting the encirclement of the two Palestinian youths and their surrender before being killed by Israeli army gunfire spread on social media, causing widespread shock and prompting Palestinian demands for urgent international protection.
With the Israeli army announcing an investigation into the incident, rights activists warned that it revealed an organized approach that undermines the rule of law and turns the West Bank into an open area for violations.
