Khaberni - The Secretary-General of "Hezbollah", the Lebanese Naim Qasim, stated that the arena where confrontations are taking place currently is experiencing "a widespread movement by the enemy, who is actively coordinating with American intelligence and international and Arab entities."

Qasim added, in a speech during the memorial celebration for the Chief of Staff of Hezbollah, Haitham al-Tabatabai, who was assassinated by Israel in Beirut a few days ago, that "the security environment is complex and open to all possibilities," stressing that what is happening "reflects the level of foreign interventions in managing field operations."

Qasim explained about the Israeli infiltration in Lebanon: "There are always espionage efforts by land, sea, and air, and we are in an open arena due to international coverage and the influx of foreign nationalities, and even some Arab intelligence, all of which, unfortunately, contribute to providing the Israeli enemy with the information it wants."

Qasim stated: "Servants of Israel in Lebanon are few, yet they cause problems through attempts to destabilize and follow American orders."

He continued: "We are ready to talk about the defense strategy, but not under pressure, nor aiming for a new agreement, nor to give up our strength in any other agreement, nor to evade the current agreement."

About the assassination of Tabatabai, Qasim said: "This assassination cannot affect our morale, for we are a party with deep-rooted origins from the upbringing of Imam Hussein."

These statements come at a time when regional tensions and field confrontations are escalating, amidst mutual accusations among the active parties about communications and coordination with foreign powers.
