Khaberni - Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC), within its extended strategic partnership with the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, organized a series of training sessions and workshops as part of the 17th edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Jordan; benefiting approximately 1,381 young men and women, students, entrepreneurs, and startup owners.
This year's Global Entrepreneurship Week focused on four main pillars: entrepreneurial ecosystems, education, inclusion, and policies supporting entrepreneurship. The events at Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC), which numbered 40, aligned with these themes through advanced training content that enhances the capabilities of youth, providing them with practical skills and knowledge to transform their ideas into scalable and implementable projects.
Zain Innovation Campus annually insists on participating in the Global Entrepreneurship Week – the largest event in the field of entrepreneurship worldwide – by organizing innovative programs and educational and entrepreneurial activities aimed at supporting the entrepreneurial environment in Jordan, empowering youth, and encouraging them to embrace a culture of innovation and utilize their capabilities in building their professional future.
The events of the Global Entrepreneurship Week took place from November 16 to 23, including lectures, workshops, interactive and dialogue sessions presented by a select group of experts and specialists, covering a wide range of important topics that keep pace with global developments, notably artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, user experience design, digital transformation, personal and entrepreneurial identity building, digital manufacturing, and business model development. Sessions also aimed to empower participants to develop their projects and expand their professional networks.
It is noteworthy that the Global Entrepreneurship Week is held annually in Jordan, organized by the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, and includes hundreds of events held in person and via video conferencing technology, with extensive participation from local, regional, and international institutions interested in supporting the entrepreneurship sector and developing young skills.
