The Crown Prince inaugurates the Command and Control Room at the King Abdullah II Center

Khaberni - His Majesty the King's Deputy, His Highness the Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, on Wednesday, inaugurated the Command and Control Room at the King Abdullah II Center for Special Operations Training (KASOTC).

The Command and Control Room provides the latest technologies that will help enhance the technical and logistical capabilities of the center, and develop the management of training operations to ensure prompt and effective response during field applications.

The Crown Prince, in the presence of the Chief of the Joint Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmad Al-Hunity, listened to a briefing given by the center's director-general about future plans to develop training and qualification programs which will enhance the capabilities of the units of the Jordanian Armed Forces – The Arab Army.

The briefing touched on the center's plans to expand partnerships with brotherly and friendly countries benefiting from the advanced training programs it offers.

His Highness toured the facilities of the center, observing its capabilities in training special operations and counterterrorism teams, expressing his pride in the professional level of the center and the skills of its members.
