Khaberni - General Manager of Al-Mamlaka channel, Jaafar Al-Za’bi, stated that Middle East University students are "tomorrow's ambassadors" and bearers of the media future banner, pointing out that the rich training environment at the university, which includes advanced laboratories and well-equipped facilities, has the capability to hone students' skills and enable them to
transform into professional journalists capable of making the desired impact.

This came during a dialogue session held by the Faculty of Media with its students, where Al-Za’bi declared that the future of the profession cannot be separated from the journalistic individual, emphasizing that artificial intelligence, despite its advancement, cannot replace the human sense and editorial capability, and that the journalist will remain an essential element in
 the media process.

On her part, the Media Education and Informatics Advisor, Bayan Al-Tal, explained that media education is linked to how individuals handle media content in terms of understanding, analyzing, criticizing, and producing, pointing out that the essence of this education is based on developing critical awareness, empowering the audience to distinguish misleading news and hate speech, and recognizing the silenced voices within the media scene.

In the same context, the Dean of the Faculty of Media, Dr. Ramez Abu Hasira, affirmed the continuation of the faculty in its practical approach based on building partnerships with media institutions and experts, ensuring the alignment of educational outputs with the needs of the profession, and transforming these partnerships into actual training value that enhances students' professional readiness.

Following the dialogue session, a meeting for the advisory council of the faculty was held, during which Al-Za’bi and Al-Tal were appointed as members of the council, aiming to enhance the integration of the job market into the academic process and establish governance principles within the academic institution, as confirmed by Dr. Abu Hasira.
