Khaberni - Spanish media confirmed that Real Madrid has fully embraced the decisions of its coach Xabi Alonso, reflecting an absolute confidence in the technical project he leads, previously a star at the club.
Marca newspaper mentioned that sources close to the administration emphasized that the club supports all the coach's decisions without exception, including controversial decisions such as keeping Vinicius Junior on the bench in some matches and adopting different tactical methods than usual.
It pointed out that this support comes as part of a firm conviction at Real Madrid's administration that Alonso is the most suitable coach to lead the next stage, considering his calm personality and modern tactical vision, in addition to the experience he gained during his coaching career outside Spain before returning to Bernabeu.
The management believes that giving the coach complete freedom in making his decisions enhances stability and provides him the capacity to implement a long-term project without internal pressures.
It explained: "Decisions related to rotation and managing playtime, especially those affecting Vinicius Junior, have sparked a major discussion in the media and among fans, yet the royal administration considers these choices as part of a technical vision aiming to maintain player readiness and develop a style of collective play. Estimates within the club indicate that Xabi Alonso aims to build a balanced system able to adapt to various scenarios, whether in the Spanish league or the Champions League."
Real Madrid believes that the success of the project requires not only big names on the field but also a coach capable of controlling the group's rhythm and making difficult decisions when necessary.
It continued: "From this perspective, it seems that the relationship between Alonso and the administration is based on complete trust and a mutual desire to establish a long-term technical project, which puts the coach in a strong position and provides him with enough stability to continue working confidently."
