Khaberni - The competent court in Egypt decided to reserve the session of singer Bosy in the checks case for a judgment on December 10th, after multiple arrest procedures and accusations.
It should be noted that the investigative authorities in Egypt had previously decided to imprison two individuals in the checks case of singer Bosy, while releasing others, in the context of continuing investigations and ensuring the course of justice.
In a related context, security forces at Cairo Airport arrested singer Bosy and prevented her from traveling to Dubai, executing the Public Prosecutor's decision to ban her from leaving the country. The arrest operation was supervised by officers of the Cairo Airport Detectives under the leadership of Major General Abdel Nasser Mowafi, Director of the General Administration of Detectives, to ensure the implementation of three judicial verdicts issued against her, and her extradition to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures is underway.
The tax evasion court had previously rejected the objection filed by singer Bosy regarding her accusation of evading payment of 1,827,210 Egyptian pounds to the tax authority, allowing the legal procedures related to the case to continue within the scope of the law.
