Khaberni - Jordanian exports to Syria saw a sharp increase during the first nine months of 2025, according to the foreign trade report issued by the Department of Statistics.
The data showed that the value of national exports to the Syrian market rose from 36 million dinars in the same period last year to 174 million dinars by the end of September of the current year, with an unprecedented growth rate of 383.3%.
Data from the Department of Statistics indicated that the volume of national exports to the United States decreased during the first nine months of the current year compared to the same period last year by 3%.
According to the data table from the Department of Statistics, the volume of national exports to the United States reached 1.660 billion dinars compared with 1.712 billion dinars during the same period of last year.
The Department of Statistics issued its monthly report on Jordan's foreign trade, which indicates an increase in the value of national exports during the first nine months of 2025 by 9.1%, and an increase in the value of re-exports by 6.5%.
The total value of exports increased by 8.9% compared to the same period in 2024. This growth coincided with a 7.0% increase in imports, thereby increasing the trade deficit by 5.0% during the first nine months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
