Khaberni - Artist Amir Karara and the creators of his new film "Normandy," written by Hisham Hilal and directed by Peter Mimi, were surprised by a crisis at the start of the final preparations for the project, meant to announce the start of filming.
Artist Ahmed Fahmi announced his withdrawal from participating in the film, following his signing for a new film lead in "4 Customary," starring alongside artist Asmaa Galal. The production company is expected to announce the final date for the start of filming after nominating another star to replace Ahmed Fahmi.
Amir Karara enters the highest-grossing list in Egyptian cinema
It's noteworthy that Amir Karara has recently achieved great success with his film "The Clever One," which topped the box office during its screening and managed to enter the list of the highest-grossing films in Egyptian cinema. The film was written and directed by Ahmed El Gendy, and starred alongside stars Hana El Zahed and Mustafa Gharib.
On the other hand, Karara is currently continuing to shoot his new series, "The Head of the Snake," which is a provisional name. The work is written by Hany Sarhan and directed by Peter Mimi.
It is worth noting that Ahmed Fahmi's series "Son of the Club" was recently shown, in which he achieved great success. The series is produced by Tariq El Ganainy and directed by Karim Saad. It revolves around a social comedy narrative, about a young man who inherits a popular sports club, suddenly finding himself at the heart of responsibility, surrounded by a series of comic situations and daily challenges, managing players, team competitions, media conflicts, and what goes on behind the scenes in popular clubs.
