Khaberni - His Majesty King Abdullah II, today Monday, monitored the progress of work in the executive program for the Economic Modernization Vision during the third quarter of the current year, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince.
During a meeting at the Al Husseiniya Palace with Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan and a number of relevant officials, His Majesty listened to a briefing on the most significant achievements of the projects under the vision.
His Majesty the King emphasized the importance of adhering to the implementation of plans included in the executive program for the first phase of the vision to ensure increased achievements.
His Majesty highlighted the necessity for the upcoming government executive program for the years (2026–2029) to include initiatives and quality projects that have a tangible impact on the lives of citizens and improve the level of services.
His Majesty the King pointed out the importance of ensuring integration and continuity between the first and second executive programs of the vision, in line with the vision's role as a roadmap transcending governments.
His Majesty stressed the need to maintain coordination and effective work with private sector institutions and to explore the creation of new partnerships and investments.
The meeting was attended by the Director of His Majesty's Office, Engineer Alaa Batayneh, the Minister of State for Economic Affairs, Mohanned Shahadeh, and the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Zeina Toukan.
