Al-Qadi criticized the number of interventions by MP Al-Armouti during the discussion of the first reading of the bills listed on today's session agenda.
Al-Qadi said to Al-Armouti when giving him the floor, "This is your fifth and last time," indicating that it was intervention number 5 by MP Al-Armouti during the session.
Al-Armouti responded to the Speaker saying: "This is my right, and I hope you give everyone their right to speak."
