Khaberni - The Dammam area witnessed on Sunday the inauguration of the "Safwa/Rahima" road, stretching 15 km, including a double sea bridge of 3.2 km in length, which is considered one of the longest sea bridges within the kingdom, and a vital link between Safwa center and Ras Tanura Governorate in Eastern Saudi Arabia, shortening travel time and improving traffic movement.
The Eastern Province Emirate stated that the road supports the economic and logistical activities the area is experiencing. There was also the inauguration of a project to develop multi-directional intersections at the Dhahran-Buqayq-Abu Hadriyah road, involving the construction of 5 additional bridges, along with lighting works and rainwater drainage, in the presence of Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Engineer Saleh Al-Jasser, and the CEO of the General Authority of Roads, Engineer Badr Al-Dulami.
