Khaberni - A young man was martyred by the bullets of the Israeli occupation forces and settlers, Sunday evening, in Deir Jarir village east of Ramallah.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced in a brief statement the martyrdom of a young man by the bullets of the occupation from Deir Jarir village.
Fathi Hamdan, head of the Deir Jarir village council, reported that Baraa Khairy Ali Ma'ali (20 years old) was martyred during an attack by the settlers and occupation forces on the village.
He mentioned that armed settlers attacked the homes of the Palestinians on the outskirts of the village, and that a force from the occupation army stormed the area to provide protection for the settlers.
Hamdan added that the occupation soldiers and settlers fired bullets towards the Palestinians who tried to confront the settlers' attack, resulting in Ma'ali being directly shot in the chest with live ammunition, and he was taken to the emergency room of Silwad town, then to the Palestine Medical Complex, where his martyrdom was later announced.
