Khaberni - The Cabinet approved a revised system for the administrative organization of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply for the year 2025, aiming to establish a regulatory unit specialized in managing data and information within the ministry, adjusting certain titles to align with the tasks, and reorganizing some directorates to enhance their efficiency, achieve their objectives, and integrate their activities.

The Council also approved a revised administrative organization system for the Hajj Fund for the year 2025; aiming to prevent duplication in the tasks of organizational units or repetition in the use of their titles, and to enhance the efficiency of work and productivity of the directorates and administrative units within the fund.

In a related context, the Cabinet decided to approve the justification for the draft of the administrative organization system of the Ministry of Labor for the year 2025; in preparation for sending it to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau to complete the necessary procedures according to the regulations.

The draft system aims to enable the Ministry of Labor to conduct its business through a clear, effective, and detailed organizational structure tailored according to the required tasks and duties, while taking into consideration the nature of the work outlined in the governing law.

The amendments also aim to enhance the performance level of the inspection system by developing an institutional plan for capacity building, which includes the procedures needed to improve the Ministry of Labor's ability to identify and address problems, enhance performance according to best practices, and ensuring smooth procedures and operations, as well as improving the quality of services provided and productivity.
