The Occupation Claims to Assassinate a Senior Official in the Qassam Brigades

Khaberni - Channel 12 -citing an Israeli source- reported that the Israeli military targeted "Alaa Al-Hadidi in Gaza, a senior official in the supply system of Hamas' military wing", concurrently with launching air strikes on areas in the sector.

The Israeli army radio also reported from a security source saying, "The target of the attack in Gaza City was Alaa Hadidi, the official responsible for the armament department in the Qassam Brigades."

Channel 12 mentioned that the army is still launching more attacks now on the Gaza Strip.

Israeli army radio conveyed from a security source stating that the assassination in Gaza was in response to a breach of the ceasefire agreement by Hamas this Saturday morning.

The ambulance and emergency services in the Gaza Strip announced the martyrdom of 5 and injuring others in an Israeli targeting of a civilian vehicle in Al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the attack on Gaza was coordinated with the American Civil-Military Coordination Center in "Kiryat Gat".

Palestinian sources mentioned that two Israeli raids targeted a home in the Nuseirat camp in central Gaza Strip, and a raid targeted the vicinity of Bilal bin Rabah Mosque west of Deir al-Balah city, according to Al Jazeera.

A medical source at the Martyrs of Al-Aqsa Hospital stated that one person was martyred and others were injured in Israeli raids on a house in central Deir al-Balah city.

Violation of the Agreement

It should be noted that today, Saturday, Hamas announced that the recent expansion of Israeli military control in Gaza is a "blatant violation" of the ceasefire agreement, urging mediators and the US administration to address Tel Aviv's attempts to undermine the ceasefire process in the Strip.

The ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which was reached between Hamas and Israel and is based on President Donald Trump's plan to end the war, came into effect on October 10 last year.

This agreement ended a genocide war started by Israel on October 7, 2023, lasting two years, causing more than 69,000 martyrs, over 170,000 wounded, and massive destruction affecting 90% of the civil infrastructure.
