Khaberni - This morning, the Traffic Management staff apprehended a public transport bus (Coaster) operating on one of the internal transport lines in the capital Amman, driven by an unlicensed legally driver (a minor aged 16 years).
The Traffic Management stated that the necessary legal measures have been taken against the driver and the vehicle, which was impounded in the Traffic Management detention lots.
In a post on Facebook, it highlighted that driving public transport buses entails a heightened responsibility on the driver, given the number of passengers using these vehicles, which necessitates extreme caution in adhering to traffic and operational safety elements, away from recklessness and non-compliance with traffic laws.
