Khaberni - Russian President Vladimir Putin, on Friday, indicated that the United States has failed so far in securing Ukraine's approval for the proposed peace plan.

He added: “President Donald Trump's new peace plan could form the basis for a final settlement in Ukraine."
Putin explained that "Moscow has a copy of the American plan, consisting of 28 points regarding Ukraine."
He also mentioned that the initiative was not discussed publicly, but generally only, confirming that at the meeting in Anchorage, Alaska, Russia affirmed its approval of the American proposals for settlement, despite difficulties.
Putin further explained that Kiev does not have objective information about the recent battlefield situation, and Kiev should understand that the events of Kupiansk will repeat themselves, with the city being almost completely under Russian control.
He said: "Ukraine and its allies still live in the illusion that Russia can be defeated."
President Putin reiterated that his country is ready for peace talks concerning Ukraine.
