Khaberni - The Minister of Religious Affairs and Islamic Holy Sites, Dr. Mohammad Al-Khalayleh, received in his office on Monday, November 17, 2025, the President of Amman Arab University, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Wadiyan, and the accompanying delegation, which included: Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Ismail Yamin, Dean of the Faculty of Sharia Dr. Kifah Al-Souri, and Dean of the Faculty of Arts Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Khawaldeh.
This meeting took place within the framework of enhancing continuous cooperation between the two sides, serving the local community and achieving national goals through joint projects and programs.
During the meeting, the University President highlighted the most prominent activities and initiatives conducted by the Faculty of Sharia at Amman Arab University in collaboration with several institutions, notably Quran competitions, awareness courses, and events aimed at protecting individuals in the community from falling into ideological and moral doubts and deviations. He emphasized that the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan enjoys security and safety, by the grace of God Almighty and then by the wise leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, may God protect him.
For his part, Minister of Religious Affairs Dr. Mohammad Al-Khalayleh stressed the importance of the values and meanings included in the meeting, indicating the ministry’s readiness to support these initiatives and enhance their success in serving the local community and maintaining its stability. His Excellency also expressed his appreciation for this visit, which embodies a model of fruitful scientific communication between the Faculty of Sharia at Amman Arab University and official entities.
