Khaberni - Al-Hussein Irbid team overturned their defeat against their counterpart, Al-Jazeerah team, from a goal to a precious 2-1 win in the match that occurred between them on Thursday evening at Prince Mohammad Stadium in Zarqa, as part of the fifth round of the Union Shield Football Championship.
Yassin Al-Bakhit opened the scoring for Al-Jazeerah early at the 8th minute, before Abdullah Al-Attar scored the equalizer at the 46th minute and Yousef Abu Jalboush snatched the winning goal at the 75th minute.
Al-Hussein jumped to second place, raising their points to 11, while Al-Jazeerah's tally froze at two points, in the ninth and penultimate position.
