100 Jobs for the Children of Retired Military Personnel  Details

Khaberni - The Economic and Social Institution for Retired Military and Veterans announced the opening of applications for employment, which includes the allocation of (100) job vacancies in ministries, institutions, and security agencies.

The following are the details and conditions:

Announcement of the start of receiving employment applications for the children of retired military personnel

In light of the national and historical role provided by retired military personnel and veterans in serving the nation and protecting its security and stability, and within the framework of the royal care provided by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, the Economic and Social Institution for Retired Military and Veterans announces the opening of applications for employment and the development of (100) job vacancies in ministries and government institutions through the Service and General Administration Authority for the children of retired military personnel from the Jordanian Armed Forces and security agencies in enhancement of their role in continuing the journey of giving to our precious nation.

Interested applicants are required to fill out the application via the institution's website starting from 2025/11/23 until the evening of 2025/12/13.

1. General conditions:

A. The applicant must be a son or heir of a retired military personnel.

B. The applicant must hold a diploma or bachelor's degree (the oldest date of educational achievement is considered for application submission) and other academic degrees are also considered for application.

2. Required documents (to be uploaded on the website):

A. A copy of the personal identity card (both sides).

B. A copy of the academic achievement certificate.

C. A copy of the external certificate equivalency from the Ministry of Higher Education, as per the regulations.

D. A copy of the military retirement decision indicating the decision number, enlistment, and retirement dates.

3. General notes:

A. Applications previously submitted by children of retired personnel will be considered, and a new application is allowed if there are recently graduated children or those who have not applied in previous years.

B. The place of residence listed on the civil status ID of the applicant is considered for the purposes of appointment.

C. Those selected will be subjected to a competency test by the Service and General Administration Authority.

D. Applications must be submitted through the website mentioned above (only), and there will be no internal submissions at the institution's site; note that any application not submitted electronically will not be considered.

E. Competitive scores are calculated based on the following criteria:

(1) 40% of the score for the date of graduation.

(2) 20% of the score for the parent's enlistment date.

(3) 20% of the score for the parent's retirement date.

(4) 20% of the score for siblings applying is given to the eldest sibling distributed as follows:

(A) 4.5% if there is only one applicant.

(B) 8% if there are two sibling applicants.

(C) 12% if there are three sibling applicants.

(D) 16% if there are four sibling applicants.

(E) 20% if there are five or more sibling applicants.
