Khaberni - Two informed sources said that Washington has informed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of the necessity for Ukraine to accept a framework crafted by the United States to end the war with Russia, proposing Kiev's concession of some territories and weapons.
The two sources, who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the issue, added that the proposals included, among other things, reducing the size of the Ukrainian armed forces.
The sources said that Washington wants Kiev to accept the key points.
