Khaberni - Security investigations in Egypt have revealed a horrifying human tragedy, after the discovery of a young man's body buried in one of the villages of Dakahliya governorate, six years after his disappearance.
The victim is Islam Ibrahim Juma (22 years old), who suddenly disappeared in 2019, leaving no trace, which led his family to believe that he might have lost his memory or been kidnapped. His mother, Hemat Al-Husseini, kept waiting for his return for many years, clinging to hope, until it turned out that her son was killed by his close friends.

According to the investigation results, financial disputes erupted between Islam and his friends, leading to a brutal murder, where three individuals killed the young man then buried his body in an abandoned farm, and claimed in front of the family that they did not know his fate. They even participated in search campaigns as though they were victims too.

But the truth was revealed after one of the suspects, fearing that he might be killed as well, decided to report the crime to the security authorities. Using DNA analysis, the identity of the body was confirmed, which led to the arrest of the three suspects.

The suspects confessed to the crime during the investigation, explaining that the financial dispute was the sole motive behind killing Islam, who treated them like brothers and shared food and daily life with them.

Islam's mother collapsed when she heard the truth, and she addressed a poignant message to the suspects saying: "I want to know why you did this to Islam. Islam loved you and considered you his brothers... How could you betray him and do this?! May God take vengeance on you for what you did to Islam, and I will seek justice against you and everyone involved in this."

The Mansoura Prosecution ordered the detention of the three suspects for four days pending investigations, awaiting the completion of legal proceedings.
