Khaberni - Stemming from Amman Arab University's dedication to supporting engineering creativity, enhancing the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among its students and alumni, and continuing its role in sponsoring impactful entrepreneurial projects, the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship participated in several entrepreneurial initiatives focused on empowering youth and developing their innovative ideas. Within this framework, the “Ram” Entrepreneurs Center at the Jordan Engineers Association announced the winners of the 2025 Entrepreneurship Hackathon, which was organized in cooperation with the Jordan River Foundation, Plan International, and the Young Engineers Committee.

Whereby, Nor Al-Huda Al-Mustafa, a graduate of Amman Arab University and an engineer, secured the second place with her project incubated under the name “Brich” at the university's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her project revolves around recycling coffee waste to produce organic fertilizers that support sustainable agriculture and reduce waste. This achievement came through the hackathon that saw the participation of (14) teams from various engineering disciplines, presenting innovative projects combining technology and sustainable engineering solutions.

Engineer Abdul-Asim Ghosheh, the head of the Jordan Engineers Association, expressed his appreciation for the winning teams, indicating that the association continuously adopts an innovative approach that contributes to establishing a culture of entrepreneurship and creativity among engineers. He affirmed that the 2025 Entrepreneurship Hackathon provided a rich environment for generating creative ideas and enhancing teamwork skills, as well as giving participants the opportunity to develop their capabilities in design thinking, rapid prototyping, and building entrepreneurial projects in a practical and direct manner.
