Khaberni - A person died today, Tuesday, following a crane collapse accident while working at the Aqaba Ports Management and Operation Company, in Aqaba Governorate, southern Jordan.
According to preliminary information obtained by "Khaberni", the accident occurred during the unloading of parcels from a ship to the dock at the main port, causing one of the parcels to fall suddenly and resulting in a fatality on-site.
The relevant authorities have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of the accident, while further details are expected to be released later.
