Danube Properties announced the launch of a unique commercial tower named after the global Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan, marking the latest significant addition on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
The project, named "Shahrukhz by Danube," was revealed during a grand celebratory evening at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai, attended by Shahrukh Khan and Danube Group Chairman, Rizwan Sajan, along with hundreds of guests from investors, influencers, and media, making it one of the most prominent real estate project launches this year.
The project, which rises 55 stories, sets out to be a luxurious commercial landmark dedicated to ambitious individuals and creative pioneers, spanning over a million square feet, offering a blend of luxury and innovation, with prices starting from 475,000 USD.
The tower also includes more than 40 luxurious amenities, including a panoramic swimming pool, a helipad for vertical-takeoff taxis, private business lounges, in addition to a strategic location that provides direct access to Dubai’s landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai International Airport.
For his part, Shahrukh Khan expressed his pride in the project, saying that seeing a landmark in Dubai bearing his name “is amazing but also humbling,” as he put it, affirming that Dubai has become his "second home," and that the project symbolizes what faith and hard work can achieve.
In turn, Rizwan Sajan emphasized that the project combines two stories of humble beginnings and big dreams, and embodies the success philosophy that has united them for more than three decades.
The project enhances Danube's famous 1% monthly payment plan, making luxury real estate investment accessible to a wide range of those wishing to own in one of the fastest-growing cities in the world.
Danube Properties is among the foremost private real estate development companies in the UAE, founded in 1993 by Rizwan Sajan, having launched 40 projects to date, with 18 completed and the rest still underway.
