Khaberni - On 15/11/2025, Al-Qudra for Car Trade, Isuzu's agents in Jordan, organized a specialized seminar for their clients at the Fairmont Amman Hotel, attended by a group of the company's clients, the post-sale department staff, and a team from the regional office (IIF). The seminar was organized as part of Isuzu's ongoing commitment to enhance post-sale services and raise technical awareness related to vehicle maintenance and the use of genuine spare parts.
During the seminar, the Isuzu Jordan team discussed several topics related to maintaining vehicle performance for the longest possible period. It emphasized the importance of conducting periodic maintenance at an authorized dealer, utilizing specialized technical expertise and advanced devices available at Isuzu Jordan service centers. The role of digital maintenance records in enhancing the vehicle's value and ensuring its continuation under the manufacturing warranty conditions was also highlighted.
The speakers addressed the importance of genuine spare parts, which undergo precise testing and meet the highest manufacturing standards, ensuring the highest degrees of safety and efficiency. This is in contrast to the risks associated with using non-genuine parts that may lead to frequent malfunctions and operational losses, potentially leading to the loss of warranty. An extensive explanation was also provided for the Best Value Parts (BVP) program, which offers clients economical solutions for maintaining their vehicle with high quality and approved engineering standards.
The seminar continued with a discussion about the importance of original consumable materials such as oils, filters, and brakes, and their essential role in maintaining daily performance and reducing sudden malfunctions, in addition to highlighting the long-term benefits of committing to preventive maintenance.
In his speech during the seminar, the After-Sales Service Manager at Isuzu Jordan, Engineer Khalil Al-Quraini, affirmed that the company always strives to provide reliable service that effectively meets customers' needs, adding:
"Our primary goal is to ensure the readiness and safe operation of our clients’ vehicles. We believe that investing in periodic maintenance and using genuine parts is fundamental to reliability, and for this reason, we focus on developing our technical teams and equipping service centers with the latest technologies."
For his part, the General Manager of Isuzu Jordan, Engineer Wasim Al-Aqraa, expressed his appreciation for the clients’ attendance and the mutual trust between them and the company, stressing the importance of holding such meetings. He stated:
"At Isuzu Jordan, we value our relationship with our clients and strive to enhance it through knowledge, service, and continuous support. This seminar is part of our strategy for effective communication and providing real value to everyone who relies on Isuzu trucks in their daily operations."
The seminar concluded with a message of appreciation addressed by Mr. Fukasawa, the Vice President of After-Sales Services at the regional office (IIF), where he expressed his gratitude for the clients' attendance and their ongoing trust in Isuzu, affirming that the partnership between the company and its clients goes beyond business interactions to a strong relationship based on mutual trust and respect.
