Khaberni - The Cabinet has decided to approve the Amman Secretariat Staff System for the year 2025.
The system aims to organize human resources and retirement affairs in the Secretariat, and to unify the legislative references governing the Secretariat's operations in these two areas.
It also aims to adapt the provisions of the Civil Retirement Law and the Public Sector Human Resources Management System to suit the actual working conditions in the Secretariat, enabling it to issue regulations that organize human resources and retirement affairs, enhance the role of the executive management, the Human Resources Committee, and the Retirement Committee in exercising authority, to improve the efficiency of human resources in the Secretariat, furthering its role in achieving strategic goals, raising the level of services provided to service recipients, contributing to creating a competitive environment that motivates employees towards innovation and excellence, and establishing the principle of accountability.
