Khaberni - The Public Security Directorate continued its awareness and preventive campaign to check the readiness of vehicles during the winter season, where the campaign included distributing informational brochures to drivers in various provinces of the kingdom, alongside providing direct guidance on the importance of taking necessary measures to ensure vehicle safety and reduce accidents resulting from weather conditions.
The campaign aims to reduce traffic accidents, preserve the lives of citizens and road users, and provide a safe traffic environment.
The campaign, implemented by traffic departments, the Royal Environmental Protection Department, and technical crews from the Maintenance Department, includes checking vehicle readiness, verifying their technical suitability for traveling on roads during the winter, and their ability to cope with unusual weather conditions.
