Khaberni - A private Jordanian hospital with excellent financial solvency intends to take over Farah Hospital which closed its doors due to financial difficulties.
A Khaberni source said: Negotiations are ongoing and the dispute is narrowing down to a small amount of the payment in Farah, but these are last-minute negotiations where each party is pressing.
The Amman Court of First Instance, in its expanded appellate capacity, decided Khaberni to terminate the definitive referral for the public auction related to Farah Hospital and the comprehensive Farah Medical Complex, and ordered a re-evaluation of the property by specialized experts.
It should be noted that last week a Jordanian bank placed a Khaberni precautionary seizure notice on another Jordanian hospital due to its faltering following bitter disputes among its partners that resulted in poor management.
