Khaberni - Mohammad Tarawneh, the director of the Commissioners Council Affairs Unit at the Telecommunications Authority, stated that dealing with user complaints regarding the disruption of telecommunications and internet services is among the most important tasks of the Authority to guarantee the rights of the beneficiaries.
Tarawneh added that the Authority has received numerous complaints from citizens about weak communication and internet networks in the Zizia area, affirming that the Authority deals with citizens' complaints with precision and high professionalism, according to the kingdom.
He pointed out that last year, the Authority handled 4494 complaints, of which 92% were resolved.
Regarding the issues of weak coverage on external roads, Tarawneh clarified that the completion rate in solving these problems reached 90%, noting that work is ongoing to resolve weak coverage issues on external roads.
He mentioned that the Authority's employees record the complaints and assign them tracking numbers, and communicate with the concerned companies to take necessary actions.
Tarawneh confirmed that complaints will not be closed until they are fully resolved.
