Israeli Force Penetrates Rural Daraa in Southern Syria

Khaberni - Syrian media reported on Saturday evening that forces belonging to the Israeli army penetrated Ma'ariya village in the Yarmouk Basin area in rural western Daraa in the south of the country.

According to "Syria TV", the penetrating force randomly fired on the western outskirts of the village.

Last week, an Israeli force consisting of five military vehicles moved towards the village of Ain Frikha in the western rural area of Quneitra and set up a checkpoint at a junction known as "Al-Jamous" west of the village.

Israeli forces also previously penetrated the villages of Ofanya, Saeaideh, and Ajraf in the rural area of Quneitra.

Syrian media stated that since the fall of the former president Bashar al-Assad, the Israeli military continues its attacks on Syrian territory, violating the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, international law, and relevant United Nations resolutions, while Syria condemns these aggressions, demanding immediate international action to halt them.
